Gio is the Triage Manager of the Emergency Bed Program, Engagement Bed Program and Winter Bed Protocol at Lowell Transitional Living Center (LTLC). He is also the Property Manager for 3 different housing sites that belong to LTLC, SMOC (South Middlesex Opportunity Council) & CSPECH (Community Support Program for People Experiencing Chronic Homelessness).

As a daily task, Gio supervises 16 direct care employees which includes recruiting, hiring, training and organizing the Staff schedule. As a property manager, he receives applications for prospective tenants, screen & interview them, create monthly wait-list for available units, create maintenance order & monitors maintenance jobs while working closely with the housing stabilization case managers to ensure all clients receive required support & services.
