Isaiah is the Managing Director of LTLC, Engagement Bed Program and Winter Bed Protocol at Lowell Transitional Living Center (LTLC). He is also the Property Manager for 3 different housing sites that belong to LTLC, SMOC (South Middlesex Opportunity Council) & CSPECH (Community Support Program for People Experiencing Chronic Homelessness).

As a daily task, Isaiah supervises 16 direct care employees which includes recruiting, hiring, training and organizing the Staff schedule. As a property manager, he receives applications for prospective tenants, screen & interview them, create monthly wait-list for available units, create maintenance order & monitors maintenance jobs while working closely with the housing stabilization case managers to ensure all clients receive required support & services.

Isaiah joined LTLC in the summer of 2017 as a Program Advocate. In January 2018, he became the LTLC’s first HIV case manager and helped develop the Engagement Bed Program, which was a program created in response to the Merrimack Valleys Rise in HIV cases, to link HIV positive clients and those at risk, to resources and services.

Isaiah is  also a freelance graphic designer and illustrator.

LTLC remains open through the COVID-19 pandemic catering to the basic and case management needs of the homeless population within the Merrimack Valley.
